Founded by Mike Evans, what started as a traditional butcher’s shop and meat wholesaler has grown into something truly special. After supplying premium cuts of bacon, sausages, and cooked meats to butchers and restaurants across the UK, our journey took a delicious twist in 1984. A request for leaf scratchings — also known as the first-ever pork scratchings — sparked our passion for this local delicacy, and we've never looked back.
